Explosive Brands is a creative design agency with a passion for making complex ideas easy to understand.

We partner with brands across a range of industries, from healthcare and tech to global consumer names, helping them shape messages that resonate with real people, not just stakeholders.

For us, it’s about helping audiences truly understand what our clients do and why it matters. In simple terms, we help brands tell their stories in ways that are easier to follow and more meaningful to the people they’re trying to reach.

“Ask me what I wanted to be as a kid and I’d have answered instantly: a musician. I sang, played guitar and piano, and dreamed of being in a band. Fast-forward a few years and I realised the rock ’n’ roll lifestyle wasn’t quite for me, but creativity definitely was.

I discovered a love for art, paired with a growing obsession with technology. Not tech for tech’s sake, but tech that makes things easier, clearer and more human, shaping how people interact with products, services and even spaces. That fascination naturally led me into the world of digital design and the creation of intuitive user journeys through purposeful interface thinking.

That passion eventually became Explosive Brands.

Today, we’re a creative communications agency blending data, smart strategy and bold creative thinking with a focus on healthcare. Our mission is simple: simplify communication, spark engagement and make a real impact.

Our work spans brand strategy, creative development and content creation, including corporate, animation and promotional video production that helps bring complex healthcare stories to life.

I also host the Trail Blazers podcast, where big ideas meet brilliant guests and the odd technical wobble. It’s busy, brilliant, and gives me a front-row seat to the conversations shaping healthcare.
